    • Learn how to properly prep fabric to help your colors set and stay vibrant.

    • Discover different folding, scrunching, and layering techniques to create unique effects.

    • Get comfortable handling fiber reactive dyes safely and effectively.

After adding dye, your fabric will need to rest for 24 hours so the ice can melt and the color can fully develop. We'll send you off with your processing piece in an enclosed container and the instructions for finishing up at home. Once it’s ready, rinse, reveal, and admire your one-of-a-kind masterpiece!

This is a BYO shirt workshop. White or light-colored natural fibers like cotton, rayon, or linen work best. We recommend washing the shirt in hot water beforehand (no fabric softener!) to remove any coatings that might block the dye from bonding.
