The Works is located in the Alaska Junction in the heart of West Seattle, a stone’s throw away from Easy Street Records. Our official address is 4540 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116.

Don't let parking stress you out — here's what we recommend: Parking is available via free 2-hour and short-term 15-minute on-street spaces along California Ave SW and side streets.
If you prefer to park in a lot, The West Seattle Junction Association manages community-access public parking lots located just off California Ave SW on 42nd and 44th Ave SW between Edmunds and Oregon. Covered parking and extended paid options are available at locations like the Jefferson Square underground garage or via apps like ParkMobile.

We are open on Thursdays from 3-8pm and Sundays 11am-4pm, as well as when classes are in session, typically weekday evenings and weekend days.

Yes! The Maker Bar is open for walk-ins during our open hours. No reservation needed. Projects take 30-60 minutes.

Our class schedule changes every season as we continually create, test, and launch new classes. However, we often bring back popular topics from previous seasons due to their high demand and positive feedback from our students.

Our workshops are designed with adults in mind, but we love crafty kids! We recommend ages 10 and up, though you know your kids best. Just be sure to purchase a ticket for everyone who’s participating.

We fulfill online orders within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship via UPS with a transit time of 1-3 days and you'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
