Add a Creative Station to Your Event

Creative Stations bring a low-pressure, drop-in craft to an event you are already planning. Guests stop by, learn something new, and leave with a handmade piece.

They work well for happy hours, company picnics, conferences, weddings, and community events, with groups of 10 to 300 or more.

We bring all of the materials and staff, set up at your venue, and guide every guest through the project.

How It Works

Guests drop in at their own pace, learn a new technique from our staff, and complete a project in a short amount of time. A standard station runs for one hour, and additional time is available for an extra fee.

Multiple stations. Bookings of 40 or more guests include enough staff to run multiple stations at once, so your guests can choose between projects.

Pricing and Booking

Pricing starts at a $500 base fee plus $15 per guest, and the base fee scales with your headcount. Each additional station adds $15 per guest in materials. For events with 300 or more guests, we will build a custom plan.

Booking. A 50% deposit based on your estimated headcount reserves your date. We confirm your final headcount two weeks before your event and bill the remaining balance afterward. Live events are subject to tax, and gratuity is never required.
