Crafted Connections

2h | $45

Co-work, create, and connect with Seattle-area small business owners

You know that task you keep pushing to next week? Bring it. Crafted Connections is a two-hour session where you get real work done alongside other small business owners, then trade your laptop for a hands-on craft at The Works and meet people who could become your next referral partners, collaborators, or clients.

No elevator pitches, no awkward mingling with a name tag and a drink. Just focused work, a creative reward, and genuine conversation that happens naturally when your hands are busy.

What to expect

We'll start by settling in and setting one clear goal for the session. Then we'll work side by side through two focused sprints. There's something about a room full of people getting things done that makes it easier to finally tackle the thing you've been avoiding.

Once the work is done, we'll move to the craft time, where The Works will guide you through a project you'll finish and take home. Your table will be thoughtfully curated based on your intake form, so you'll be seated with business owners who serve similar clients and are likely to refer to you (and you to them). We'll close by sharing wins and the connections we made.

Within 48 hours, you'll receive an attendee directory and a personal introduction or two based on who you told us you'd love to meet.

Who it's for

Independently owned small businesses across the Seattle area, including service providers, retailers, trades, professional services, and creative businesses. Whether you serve other businesses, individuals and families, or both, you're welcome here.

This session is designed for business owners building their own brands, so it isn't a fit for direct-sales or MLM businesses.

Your ticket includes

  • Two hours of hosted co-working and facilitated connection

  • All materials for a guided craft project at The Works

  • A curated seat with business owners who share your ideal clients
