We are located at 3516 Fremont Pl N, Seattle, WA 98103 in the alley next to the Pel Meni Dumpling Tzar in Fremont.

No, we don’t have set retail hours, but you are always welcome to shop our collection of DIY kits as a student of The Works, at select markets, or online here.

Our local pick-up hours are Wednesdays 12-4pm.

Our shop is easy to access by car or bus. There is plenty of on-street parking available or if you prefer to park in a lot, we recommend checking this Parkopedia map for a near the spot. 

Most classes take place on weekday evenings and weekend days. Click here to view our current schedule. We release our class schedule for 2 months at a time, every other month. If you haven't already, the best way to stay up to date on when new classes are added would be to join our newsletter list and/or follow us on Instagram @theworks.seattle.

Our class schedule changes every season as we continually create, test, and launch new classes. However, we often bring back popular topics from previous seasons due to their high demand and positive feedback from our students.

If you need to cancel your class ticket order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue you a full refund.

We get it that sometimes your plans change. If you're able to let us know more than 14 days ahead of the class date that you can't make it, we will hold a class credit on file for you to use at a later date.

Due to the small size and special nature of our events, class cancellations within 14 days of the class date will not be eligible for a refund or a class credit. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.

Our workshops are designed for adults. In compliance with our liquor license, we cannot allow children or anyone under 21 in our space, even if they are accompanied by a guardian taking a class.

We fulfill online orders within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship via UPS with a transit time of 1-3 days and you'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Yes! We love partnering with indie retailers to supply them with our DIY Kits. For more information and to get started, go here.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Returns will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Products sold at a discount are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@theworksseattle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available here. They are good towards classes and/or DIY Kits, and they never expire.

The gift card will go to the email of the purchaser. You can then forward the gift card along to whoever the lucky recipient is!

Yes! You have two options:

1. Include a note at check-out that you would like us to mail a physical card, along with the recipients name and address. We'll even include a custom note if you'd like!
2. Physical gift cards are also available for purchase in-person at our Fremont shop. Grab one while you're in for a class or during our weekly pick-up hours.
