About this experience

Looking for ways to calm your mind, let go of your worries and soothe your nervous system? Join us to learn how mindfulness and journaling combined can be the perfect tools to have in your self-care toolbox. Daniela of Women MAKE Stories will teach you how you can cultivate a more positive outlook, self-compassion, and how to build resilience in challenging times.

In this 2.5 hour class, you will:

  • Feel more grounded, calmer and fully present

  • Manage your thoughts and feelings more effectively rather than being caught up in them

  • Reconnect with yourself and connect with the other participants

Throughout the workshop Daniela will invite you to share any thoughts or reflections but there’s no pressure to share your writing. If do choose to share, there will be no probing and no questions asked, just an opportunity for you to feel heard and supported.

Daniela’s priority is to create a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space and allow you to mediate and journal with comfort and ease.

Come as you are with a notebook for journaling and, optionally, a yoga mat. Leave feeling inspired, recharged and with a new set of tools for your wellbeing that you can use in your everyday life.
