Prorating Camp Fees
When you sign up for camp, please select a camp which you anticipate your child attending the full week. We are unable to register children for partial weeks and do not provide a reduced rate if your child cannot attend the entire week. We recognize that due to travel sometimes children may miss a Monday or Friday. Our camp staff will do their best to make the camp experience positive for any child who misses a day.
Missed Camp Days
We cannot refund fees for missed camp days, as your camp tuition is based on enrollment not attendance. We will not offer a refund for missed camp days camp due to vacation, calendar conflicts, or personal choice. If your child is sick and unable to attend due to illness, providing there is space we may be able to transfer your child to a later week once they are no longer symptomatic or contagious. If you decline this offer, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Low Enrollment
If we must cancel due to low enrollment, a full refund including the deposit will be issued unless we can place your child in another program. We will notify all families enrolled in camps at risk of cancellation no later than May 1.

This includes:

Camper Safety
It is of the upmost importance that campers are safe at The Works Seattle. State designated camper-to-staff ratios are always maintained and no camper is to be left alone with a single staff member. When transitioning to and from outdoor time, staff conduct head counts and supervise boundaries.
