Garden-to-table doesn’t get any better than this! Whether you are a backyard gardener, a farmers market regular, or an lover of seasonal food, come learn how to put our PNW herbs, veggies, and fruit to use in your cocktails (and mocktails) all summer long! We’ll cover some of our favorite appetizers too, because happy hour isn't complete without some snacks to go along! 

We’ll follow our favorite produce through the seasons, learning about purees, syrups, and tinctures along the way. Get hands-on time crafting your own unique infusion to take home, along with our best party tricks (mason jar cocktails, anyone?) and recipes for taking your PNW summer up a notch!
