Crafting an Intentional Holiday: An Interactive Discussion | December 2

from 10.00

The holidays are upon us, and you know what that means: shopping season. Do you find yourself rushing through purchases for friends and family, overspending and overextending? Every year do you think about how you’d like to do it differently, but don’t have the time to create new gift traditions? Would you like to establish more intentional and joyful gift giving with your family?

Join Kristen Corning Bedford, a philanthropic strategist with over 15 years of experience working with donors and nonprofits, for an inspirational afternoon where we’ll discuss and create a personalized, thoughtful holiday gift giving plan. We’ll explore ideas and strategies for structuring this time of year to support relationships over money spent. You’ll leave with a concrete plan for giving experience gifts, creating new traditions, and incorporating philanthropy into your holiday.

Give yourself the gift of time before the rush of the season! Enjoy coffee, sweet treats and bubbly while sharing ideas with like-minded individuals. Let’s kick off this holiday season with an afternoon of fun and camaraderie, in order to create the holidays we want.

Sunday, December 2, 2-4pm

In keeping with the gift giving intent of this session, tickets are ‘pay what you can.’ Please pay the ticket price that feels right to you, considering what you have available to give financially and what the experience is worth. We trust you will choose the amount that respects the facilitator and The Works in making these kinds of educational opportunities available for everyone.

All classes take place at The Works, 151 12th Ave, unless otherwise noted. All ticket sales subject to our Terms and Conditions.
